There is a Jim Croce song that comes to mind when I think of piles of memories. It’s called “Photographs and Memories” and the words are: “Photographs and memories, All the love you gave to me, Somehow it just can't be true, that's all I've left of you, But we sure had a good time, When we started way back when. Morning walks and bedroom talks, Oh how I loved you then.”
I love how this pile of photographs from all the times of my life and my ancestors can turn into something beautiful. I take these photos, scan them, and then digtally scrap them into pages that I and my family will cherish. I put many of them in books and they will last long after I am gone. Little messy pieces can really turn out some beautiful memories to cherish!
