- *Tough challenge for me...trying to look forward instead of looking backwards is very tough,to say the least...2023 hardest year in my life to date...Now,that my Ray has passed away...I have had just too much time to reflect on my life without him...I'm gonna try to move forward...but in baby steps...My brother & I...have decided we are gonna look for a new place to live...Too many memories for me...They follow me daily & into my dreams...It's very emotionally draining...
**The Grief Recovery didn't go well...Made me feel worse & cry even more...I felt lost...I didn't feel supported by the group...The opposite...Too many difficult stories to hear...made me more depressed...I couldn't focus on my own grief...It did the opposite of what it was supposed to do...I felt more alone...depressed and angry...Walking away from all that negativity was best for me...
*So,my layout is about trying to live with the grief...& trying to figure out my next steps...Trying to look for some new rainbows...some new horizons...some new reasons to hope...
