I made this for the journal challenge. Journaling reads:
You were born to teach. You chose it as a profession. You started out as a business teacher in the 60’s. You taught English for awhile too. You took years off to raise your children, then took advantage of taking math classes. To end out your career, you became a math teacher at Hermiston High School. You were innovative and good at your job. You loved it and were very sad to retire. You recently wrote a book about your adventures as a High School teacher. Your love of teaching had an impact on our lives growing up. You made learning fun and a priority in our lives. Four out of your five children went into teaching as a profession. Five of your grandchildren are teachers. I think it runs in our blood. Thank you for that. Thank you for giving us the love of teaching and inspiring. Journaled 8/16/22
