Pumpkin Casserole Recipe

Halloween is not a big thing in these parts, I hadn\'t even had pumpkin casserole before. But we just started getting a case of food once every two weeks from the farmer's market and it contained pumpkin, because of the fall season. We looked up this recipe, tried it and LOVED it! So it's going into our recipe book which I\'m creating.
