This page is Gorgeous. Do you have a tutorial explaining how you did the spotlight effect on the page? I do not use dark background papers because I feel it makes my pages look dull and dark. But with that spotlight effect, everything pops. I love it!

that is such a pretty peek-a-boo page with the patterned paper behind the solid, with all the pretty pinks on the blue. I think I will be lifting this one.
