Description
The 2nd Art Journaling Muse for September is to use a neutral page with a pop of colour to represent an emotion.
I've been trying to work out what my dominant emotion is today, and used the art journaling muse to help me out. Once the anger was dealt with I think the underlying emotion turned out to be powerlessness.

I have this dichotomy as well- under my anger I often find a mushy helplessness that I hate feeling. I love that you were able to work it out!
