The store was actually called the 99p store. When we came back from spending some time in Brazil in 2005, it had opened near us as the 99p Store. It was bliss. It was bought a year or so ago and is now called PoundLand but still, same awesome offers in everything you can imagine - from getting my hair dye which I pay £4.99 at the supermarket ) for 99p, to the chopping board (is glass!!!) showing in the photo, bijouterie (which I am crazy about) Love the fact that they have the usual often, and always coming in different offers!!!
