RECIPE - Polar Bear Sugar Cookies
1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix plus ingredients called for on pouch for cutout cookies.
1/2 C. vanilla frosting
48 mini marshmallows
flaked coconut for fur
chocolate icing for face
Combine cookie mix and other ingredients called for on pouch to form soft dough. Shape into 24, 1 1/2” balls. Place 2” apart on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes until light golden brown on edges. Cool completely. Spread frosting on each cookie. Slightly flatten 2 mini marshmallows and press on cookie for ears. Add coconut for fur. Allow frosting to set up a little before piping eyes, nose, mouth with icing.

Those little "polar bear" cookies look SO CUTE! Love what you did with the template. I'm quite fond (for some reason) of torn papers on layouts. These look very nice, as do the patterned ones. Nice pics of the mise en place and the eggs going into the other ingredients in the "action shot!" But, those cute little bear faces!!!!!! Too much!
