Poffertjes are typically dutch. They are tiny little puffed up pancakes, that are traditionally served with butter and powdered sugar. This time we ate them at the Bakery museum.

@frutselke - thanks for the link. I read through the recipe but since I don't do metric and some of the ingredients I don't keep on hand, guess I won't try it at home. But if I ever go anywhere that they are served, I'll be sure to give them a try.
