I'm so sorry that Simone lost his life. What a handsome young man he was. He looks so artistic and creative. They're often very troubled. Beautiful tribute to this young man who was such a big part of your life.

This is a beautiful, bittersweet page. We have only had one exchange student but they get into your heart and you often think of them even after you lose touch. It's very effective how you used short sentences towards the end of journaling - it hits the reader hard that such a creative, interesting person found life too much.
