So Fun,Bright & Cheerful!...Great Job On The Challenge!...I'm Still Trying To Figure Out How To Do This Technique In My Photoshop Elements 2019...No Go So Far...My Photo Looks Nothing Like The Others...It Looks Like A Duo Tone One Color With The Dots On Top...Frustrating...I Hate Being A Newbie To Software I Don't Understand...I Have Tried 3 Times & I Get The Same Result...Sad...So Sad...So Great Job!...Pretty In Pink!...
