Description:: I grew up in a pretty strict household, with some legalistic
approaches to life. I became very hard on myself and that
spilled over on to those close to me. It took many years to
realize that this lifestyle was not the best way to go.

As an educator, I had to be very disciplined and
rose early to work often a 12 hour day. Now that I am
not teaching, I understand that the way I structure
(or NOT!) my day is up to me. So I don’t have a “routine”
at all. I do things when best suited to my goal and my
state of mind. I am living life now, instead of a daily
grind. Maybe you could say that “that” is my
routine- to not have one!
