To pause - in life is that a luxury? I am responsible for everything. There is no side or extra person. Unless I hire someone. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it goes really wrong. Why would I pause? Will everything break down? It seems to be that way. Then I make quick decisions from my hip and often have not given myself enough time to consider the consequences. I've also paid more than my fair share of ADHD tax. The tax is always because I did not take the time to read all of the instructions or terms. Pause needs to be part of my life. I just don't know how to do it. 2026 (Since the template is not from TLP - HELLO - read ALL the instructions) I will not be submitting it for the challenge. Although I realized it when I was almost done. But the template really brings into focus the craziest parts of my life)
@mlpieters I love your journaling -that is the way you’ve arranged the text in a spiral with the elements around, the words themselves are of course a bit painful and confronting. I don’t have ADHD, yet some of this feels deeply recognizable to me as a woman in my life phase but I cannot imagine how it feels coping with this every day. It seems it also brings you a lot of creativity!
BTW I've read some of your journaling and posts lately and I'm a huge fan of your writing style, almost poetic en so honest.
