For Christmas, my 12-year old got the pasta attachments for our Kitchen-Aid mixer. For her first try at making homemade pasta, she did an amazing job!

YUM! Love all the closeup shots of the process and that big pile of noodles. I remember making noodles with my mom when I was a kid. My sister and I always fought over who got to turn the handle.

this is her first try?! she looks like a pro! - and good on her, it is definitely a labour of love when it takes so long to make from scratch and is gobbled so quickly! love the big title and cluster on the right too!
