I absolutely love this Kate!!! We did the same re celebrating by relooking at our trip of Ireland from November and then we had a delay in the Lamb Shanks as I couldn't find them in the store until after St Patrick's day.. we did have Guinness and a shot of Jameson though! Slainte my friend.. LOVE your page!

@silent ranks I hear ya!!! I celebrate Ireland all the time I found a great pub style fish Gorton's Cod which is big like the Pubs and so we have fish and chips at home using the Airfryer and have that with the malt vinegar I made lambshanks and Guinness Brown Bread 2 weeks ago and we washed it down with a "Proper Pint"... Our last day in Ireland last November we did a lot of Pub hopping... starting off at the Guinness Storehouse tour.. (Our 2nd time there) and then we went to Brazen Head the oldest Pub in Dublin and I believe Ireland (Micheal Collins and groups used to meet there too) and also Temple Bar area and then went to the Boxty House... Love Love Love Ireland & Dublin!!

@cfile my husband even calls potatoes 'pratties' now lol. He reckons I am the queen of stodgy stick to your ribs potato foods. What? It's genetic.
