This is for the Random Challenge March. LOve that the Indulgence Extra's has an element that is a journaling spot, lines with the Quotation Marks that HeatherB asked for in her challenge!!! I deleted the lines as my quote wouldn't have fit, but if you want a quick sort for the challenge, is in this pack of Indulgence Extra's!!!
Also the template is so rich, so full of stuff that I could have just added the photos and it would have looked stunning anyway, I just had this thing with wanting to play with lots of the BYOC!

The journaling is about how I know I should be changing the way I eat but can't find the right incentive, even though the word "diabetic" should be more than enough, plus a heart failure condition should add to it....
