Oh-Boy July 2019 Random Challenge

Oh my gosh! This is so fun and full of happy colors!! I love the paper strips in a burst and the papers you’ve used to fill them, especially with the stars at the ends of them. Fabulous job on the title too!

fantastic big title page and it just feels like an explosion of happiness and joy, totally perfect for a celebration page!
