Grace, thank you so much for your kind words in the forum. While we will explore four of the five elements (earth, fire, air, water...and the 5th is spirit), Earth is very special to me. Nothing brings me greater peace than to be out in Nature; especially in times of stress and high anxiety. It makes my heart happy that being outdoors is easing the migraines for you.
I am sorry to hear about your migraines. Any idea what the trigger(s) could be? Lack of sleep + too much caffeine do it to me.
