I found this Celtic cross on Pixabay. The emblems in the center are PRD The Good Old Days with an outer glow style applied and Kesselring's Metal Bits 1; Paper is Paula Kesselring's Chameleon; filigree designs around the outside are Rebecca's Birch.

@wombat146 Thanks so much, Ona! I tried and tried to create my own but failed, so went to Pixabay. LOL After I read the articles you posted, I had this vision in my head. Haha Thanks for the great challenge.
