Don’t ever forget to look after YOURSELF!
Have they slept enough? Are they eating right? Did they get enough fresh air today? Enough exercise?...
But what about you? 5 years ago you were strong, and fit and full of energy. “Clean and press half your body weight and do squats with it for 5 minutes” strong, “run 20-30k and swim 7k a week” fit, “do weight training, spinning and other fitness classes on top of that” full of energy. And 5 years ago you decided to get pregnant… You kept exercising some up to the day before your first son was born, but after that it was never the same… This week you have decided to start again. And it’s tough! Oh not on the day itself. But 3 days on, and you still feel your muscles aching and telling you to never forget them ever again for that long! So take note: it’s ok to put yourself first a bit too, you only have one body, so take care of it!
