New Year's Confetti Goody Bag

I loved this idea from Martha Stewart. I made these confetti goody bags for the kids on New Year's Eve. I didn't get too crazy with the amount of confetti because...well...I was the one cleaning up! LOL!
I used a little double sided tape to roll the noise maker onto the top of the bag.
