New Year's balloons

If you subscribe to Studio Liv's newsletter, you've already seen this layout. I was so excited about this kit that I made *two* pages, both very different but both very fun.

Made with Birthday Babe elements and papers (now sold separately). I also recolored a balloon from Homecoming Season, a word strip from Changes, and a sparkle flower from Cuddly Cats to match.
