Cut file manipulation: after clipping solid papers from Wonderfall to the cut-outs, I applied Hard Enamel I - Glittery from Stylin' #247 - Hard Enamel layered with Enamel Medium from Enamel Styles. For the outline, I used Metal III from Stylin' #280 - Metals to create the wrought iron effect, layered with the Metal Rim Under Shadow from Enamel Pin styles.
