National Ice Cream Day

I am not really a fan of ice cream but, its “National Ice Cream Day” so I thought I’d give Thai-inspired “rolled” ice cream a try since there is a shop just 5 minutes away. My black raspberry ice cream with brownies, chocolate chips, chocolate and caramel syrups, and whipped cream was pretty good, but the fun was in watching it being made.

Im not sure what this says about me, but I love watching those ice-cream rolling videos on Youtube. I watched it once now my feed is flooded with them and for some reason I can’t help but click play. Great page, and what a sugar hit that combo is hehe
