This is an ATC. This scene takes some license with history. I KNOW the Eiffel Tower wasn't around until almost 100 years AFTER Marie Antionette lost her head. And although Marie has been credited with saying, "Let them eat cake," when told the peasants were starving, most scholars believe she did NOT say that.
