journaling:
As I move into the next phase of womanhood I am finding that there are things I need to be consistent with if I want to remain as healthy as I am today. I must continue to walk and exercise. I need to do better with eating mostly nutritious while allowing myself a small amount of sweets, so I don’t overindulge when I have them. I also need to allow myself some grace when there are days that I cannot pull myself to do the above instead of just giving up then having to start back at zero. Remembering that one bad day does not define me.
