Description
This is for MOC6 Day 6! Dispersion technique...

I hope this is ok. It took me forever to find a photo I wanted to try this technique on. This is my little man on his little Valentine shoot in 2014! I think he looks so cute! I wanted to do the dispersion technique on just the wings and see if I could get it to do something cool...

To create this layout, I used Paint Splatters by Paula Kesserling, and the Lilypad collab Of Wishes, hopes, & dreams!
