On our way to the north of the Tohoku region, after spending the night in Iwate, we made a stop at Morioka. The Morioka Hachimangu shrine was magnificent, and we were lucky enough to stumble upon a Japanese-style wedding. It was windy but sunny, so everything was colorful and photogenic.
