I love that people make noodles at home...that's like the last thing I would ever want to do, but I am always impressed! A good skill to know! Super cute page...love the layered, angled papers!

Thanks! We have a process down pat so I can hand make a pound of noodles faster than it takes for the water to boil, so I get the sauce simmering, turn on the water, and make the pasta.
