love the extra pink flower and background splatter and use of the rainbow banners - rainbows and babies are both about joy to me so this is a perfect match! great job on day 17!
This is so happy and bright. The b&w photo paired with the rainbow palette is great. All that little cluster work and stacking next to the photo is so much fun. Great design and page for the rainbow challenge.
