I was so excited to finally be getting my new sectional. After 3 long months of waiting and even picking a different one. It was finally being delivered today. But it was all for naught because when the delivery truck arrived it didn’t have the chaise piece. They said it was on the truck coming in 5 minutes. But when that truck got here it had the wrong piece! I only had HALF A SECTIONAL... NO!!!!​

Try #2: I’m supposed to be stop 1 for delivery of the missing chaise portion of my sectional today! NOPE... again the delivery truck didn’t show. :( After several calls to RC Willey’s customer service again today. They told me they can’t find the LAF wedge chaise piece in their warehouse. The SKUs got mixed up and now they have to search the whole huge warehouse to see if they even have it... WHAT?... NO WAY!!! I’m beginning to think I’ll never get a sectional and we’ll be sitting on lawn chairs in the family room.​

Try #3: YAY! It’s all finally here! After 3 tries and many many hours on the phone working with customer service they finally found and delivered the whole sectional! Now to find the perfect rug and throw.​

      What a great diary entry! I LOVE how you decorated it with the phone corner, that is the perfect touch! I LOVE your sectional, I could see myself there curled up with a book and throw! We ordered matching new chairs for our livingroom as a Christmas gift to ourselves..... they are not supposed to be here till March!
