It all started in high school when I was having some issues with the other girls at school. My parents decided it was better for me to go to a Christian school so I transferred in my sophomore year. Once I graduated, they decided it was best if I went to a Christian college. I wasn't a bad kid but my parents wanted to shield and protect me under the veil of religion. I settled on Eastern University because I fell in love with the beautiful, bucolic campus. I spent four good years there and made some wonderful friendships but looking back, I realize it was not the choice I would have made for myself. I would consider myself spiritual but not religious and I spent a lot of my time at college feeling as though I had to fit into a box that didn't quite fit me. There were experiences that I could have had at a larger university that I didn't have the opportunity to have at Eastern. In fact, I don't believe that I would have the same career I have today had I gone to another college. I have made a wonderful life for myself and although I love what I do and where I've ended up, I will always wonder how my life could have been different.

That's such a hard one to know if life would have been better. Definitely different. But if you're loving where you ended, embrace that! Your design is wonderful!
