What a great challenge! Some of the things that inspired my layout were the dark moodiness of some of the images. Also, the colors mustard, pink and blue, the graffiti, which I interpreted as the mustard colored brick wall and the image in the lower right hand corner, the umbrellas, the juxtaposition of the lovely flowers along with the dark moodiness, and some of the things that I need to work on. I need to be more positive, among other things, but the graffiti (in the lower right hand corner) is very meaningful to me because I need to realize that "not everybody can see the beauty" or insert any other word for "beauty". We see things differently and I need to be more open minded to that.

Cheryl, I so appreciate your explanation. Some were obvious, but others were not. You have definitely conveyed what you were inspired by. And I also need to work on similar things. A great AJ page.
@mcurtt Thanks, Marilyn. I felt like I needed to go into a small amount of detail. It was such a meaningful challenge to me. I appreciate your comments so much.
