Journaling reads: One of my favorite places to go and walk is an outdoor shopping mall called Gulf Coast Town Center. It’s very close to my home and I always have to go and see the P.F. Chang horse. He’s such an icon and since I love horses, I never tire of seeing him. I love to just walk around and take in the tropical beauty and no matter how many years I’ve lived here, I never get over the splendor of the palm trees. I must have thousands of pictures of them.
