the journaling: The first 8 months as division chair was a significant challenge for me. I hadn’t hidden in plain sight for years, but I did so almost as soon as the faculty returned in August. In a meeting with the president at the end of the semester, I found my goal for the new year: authenticity. I won’t hide in plain sight. To be my best me, I need to start with being me. #beingmein2019
