Make sure you keep moving. I see it all the time, the difference in people who have kept moving and those who haven’t. The difference in youth of looks and physical ability and mental health is staggering. You might not be able to run miles and miles anymore, but you can walk and hike and swim and not become sedentary.
Keep the stress level down. Even now I feel a huge difference in what I am willing to tolerate from people and situations versus 20 years ago. I can’t imagine how it will feel in another 20 years. The older I get, the less time I have for wastes of time and energy and the more picky I am about how I spend my time and with who. Surround yourself with people and activities that make you happy and make others happy.
If you do those two things, you are in for a long and happy life!"
