Description
I Can't Really Say I Enjoyed This Challenge...Not To Be A Negative Nelly But Is Hate Too Strong Of A Word...Honestly I Hate The Word Hate & I'm Not A Negative Person By Heart But I Can't Think Of Any Other Way To Describe This Challenge...Not Having Photoshop & Using An Almost 20 Year Old Scrapbooking/Editing Program Wasn't Gonna Work For This Challenge...I Worked On This Most Of The Night When I Should Have Been Sleeping & I'm Stressed Out To No End Trying To Get This Done Plus I'm Fighting A Throat Infection,Cold,Cough & Fever...My Layout Doesn't Look Like Anyone Else's & The Technique Isn't Exactly Jumping Out From My Layout But If You Look Really Close...You Can See Some Remnants Of The Awful Trying That I Did...I Hated The Way It Looked So I Decided To Make My Layout Design Around It To Try To Highlight It As Much As I Could Stand...I'm Not Ever Gonna Do Or Try This Technique Again & I'm Not Sure If You Will Accept My Layout For This Challenge...So I Won't Start The Next Challenge Until I Get A Yeah Or Nay...If It's A Yeah Than Fantastic But If It's A Nay I Can't Redo This...I Guess I Will Have To Accept The Fact That A Rather Silly Technique Challenge Is The Reason I Won't Finish MOC6 & That My Fellow Scrappers Is Really Sad To Me...

I love this page and such a beautiful face. This looks pretty much the same as the technique we have all used. It doesn't look different at all but is an exceptionally good page. I love how you have made the design your own with all the artsy paint embellishments.

I think you did an awesome job, especially given the fact that your software doesn't have any of the festures that were mentioned in the tutorial. And your perserverance and dedication is certainly counting as well. I am sorry to hear that you aren't feeling too good on top of all that. Even challenges are supposed to be fun and I am sure nobody wants you to stress like this over something that is supposed to be a joy.
I won't be using that technique again either (unless a photo comes along that just begs for it) but at least we all tried and did our best within the bounds of possibility.

Kudos for sticking with it even if it wasn't to your liking. I really like your end result, so colorful and painty.

I am in awe with your perseverence! It definitely payed of though. What a cool page! I absolutely LOVE it!!!

I think you did an amazing job given your limitations! Your layout certainly does not need to look like everyone else's and I so appreciate the time you put in to working on it. Your perseverance is amazing considering that you also aren't feeling well. I so hope that you are feeling better soon!! I truly am sorry that it caused you so much stress, that was not my intention at all. Perfection was not my goal, just trying new things. That being said, I absolutely love your page and I can totally see what you did! Take a deep breath, pat yourself on the back, and just know it's done. You are definitely good to go! And you made a beautiful page! Sending you big hugs!!

LOVE this page! Please don't be so hard on yourself, in all of the LO's for this particular challenge, I think yours is my favorite! So creative!
