- When I think back to when I lived on O'ahu, it is not the beaches that come to my mind. It's not even so much the lovely hikes in the uplands. It's my everyday life, my art classes, my hula family, and my volunteer work that bring me to tears. Oh, how I miss my work at Foster Botanical Garden, how I miss Iris and Wayne and the rest of the gang, how I miss how much I've learned, and how I miss the garden itself! 'Ae, aloha au i ku'u māla nani! Ha'o wau iāʻoe!
