You always had a great relationship. Back then, you liked doing the same things and you liked doing them together. Often, I would find you sitting together talking and laughing. One such day, I found you on the stairs bonding over pumpkin bread. You were laughing and having a great time talking about who knows what? I loved that you got a long and genuinely were friends!
Now:
You are still the best of friends. You still like each other and enjoy spending time together and LAUGHING together! It has been a great joy to see your relationship bloom and grow. Six years ago, we moved out of the house you grew up in and onto something bigger and better. After renting the old house for 5 years, it was time to sell it. We cleaned it up and sold it. Just before closing, we went back to get some final photos and say goodbye. Now, without any prodding, you two decided to reenact the photo of you on the stairs. There was no pumpkin bread, but plenty of laughing and talking and genuine friendship!
