)
It was finally time to start working at Dalvik. During the fall term 2016 I really felt like I needed a change. Everything was so unwieldy when it came to decisions, responsibilities, finding substitute teachers and so many pupils with special needs. I never felt I was enough! So I finally made up my mind and decided to search for a new job since 1999 and I was really super anxious about it! But during the course of two weeks I had been to several interviews and it felt so good to be wanted. I decided to go on my gut feeling so when I got the offer to start at the Dalvik school I said yes in a heartbeat. The downside was that I had to wait three months before I could start there and there was no chance on getting to start earlier.
But finally the day had come and it was with butterflies in my stomach that I got into my car and went to my new workplace. And you know what? I haven´t regret one second that I changed workplace! I love it here. There´s such a good fellowship and we do a lot of fun stuff after work too. It´s great to work in Jönköping and to be able to go to the city library and visit the state museum. We get visits from the Book bus and we are so close to the City Park. It feels wonderful with a new job!
