The family photo in the right hand corner was the 6th attempt. It is hard to get a dozen people all smiling, looking at the camera, and with eyes open. This is actually the best of the 6! So half of us cracking up at Grandpa throwing his arm up, Eric's head hidden, closed eyes and all.

I had to laugh at your description. We had a very similar family Christmas photo this year because we couldn't figure out how to work the auto setting on the camera. It was grandpa running back and forth while the picture was either going off mid run or not going off at all. I think those are the best pictures. Great layout!
