- Here's my original, which I never really liked. I always do journaling of some sort and there was none on this, and it was just too heavy overall.
In my new version, I've used a template from Springboard templates No.01 to achieve a lighter look. The same photo is now the background photo (within what would be paint and patterned paper layers in the template) and a little larger so you can see the birds in the air. I hadn't used the other photo before because there is someone on the beach who I don't know, but in a smaller size, s/he isn't even visible really, and I think the driftwood adds some nice texture. And I added some journaling! Anything not in the template comes from count the waves.
