I had so much fun with this scraplifting challenge. I was drawn to it because of the way the "frame" was the same colour as the background and just offset by the shadows (clever!) and how the photos were offset within their circles. Initially I had planned to use the same light background paper, but it was too light with the photos I was using, so I decided to change kits for my layout version. I don't normally use beads/sequins or even multiple patterned papers, so this was outside my comfort zone. And I love it! The circles and bit of lace are from torquay bundle and the rest comes from WELCOME: A Collab by The Lilypad Designers plus the TDP blog hop that made up Part 1 of the collaboration.
love that font title! the green is a lovely choice and way to go getting out of your comfort zone to try some new things! i love the little arrow stamps!
@KellyM I thought I might have to make the frame and was thinking about how best to do it, but then found it was part of the Torquay kit! For the sake of time saved, I bought the kit. I do think it wouldn't be too hard though and I might do it for a smaller series of circle frames in a future layout. It's pretty neat, huh?
