Come take a walk with me through my inspiration thought process ...
The tree in the painting looks like a silver birch or a white poplar to me.
And these kinds of trees grow in Ontario.
(I also started singing "Land of the silver birch, home of the beaver, where still the mighty moose wanders at will ... boom diddy ah-da," which I think all Canadian kids are required to learn, or maybe it was a Girl Guide thing!)
I love Ontario & I love exploring new places in the province.
So, I decided to make a collage in the shape of Ontario of all the new places we visited this year ... yes, including an asparagus farm! (This farm makes everything from asparagus soap to asparagus corn chips!)
Very cool take on the challenge, Melanie! I love all of your photos, but that one of the asparagus is really fun, you must have had to lay on your stomach to get it!
