I'm not really a resolution person. Last year I started off the year accidentally closing all the rings on my Apple Watch. LOL So I challenged myself to finish out the month. I did and kept going until mid-May. From there it was hit and miss. For the fun of it, I decided to try again this year and, as it happens, our local YMCA is currently hosting a free virtual challenge too (20 minutes, 5 days a week). The two go hand in hand so I documented the first 3 days of that challenge here.
I love the idea of doing a diary of your active lifestyle! I too am not a Resolution person but this year I did make one.... To get my core in shape so I hopefully quit having trouble with my back.
