- For MOC Day 26- My auntie Sarita's glasses (we named our daughter after my aunt and Andy's little sister) , and something about how much my mum's sisters both meant to me.
PLEASE NOTE: my photo is a couple of month old, BUT I DO NOT COMPETE-
I will anyway change it tomorrow when Sarita is here to take the picture (my hands are not stable enough among other things and I have been extremely unwell this weekend) the only thing that changes is my hair is longer LOL
journaling: I can’t remember exactly how was that I came to have Auntie Sarita’s glasses, I have this and a turquoise pair, I’m quiet sure it must have been in one of those trips to see the family, my mum would save stuff for me and I would take whatever was possible…. those times were great, 2 suitcases
of 32kg each per person and us traveling every year….I think I got to wear the turquoise pair more than these ones because the others are smaller…, but now that this style is in fashion…I would love to be able to get out mote to use all these awesome things I inherited from my grandmas (and still carry with me, despite the fact they died ion the 1970s, and some stuff from Auntie Sarita,I wish I had something from my Auntie Celia, she was so much support for me at some point when we didn’t see eye to eye with my mum….. the most important thing is to still have ties to the family, strong ones even though we are all spread around the globe, and above all, that Sarita has
that family values in her heart…..
