Apart from the exercise one (which I can't as I m on crutches or a wheelchair now) I have had many of your items in my list and some I achieved, some I did, then completely lost it (like the healthy relationship with food!!!) and some I still do...like my gratitude journal!!!! I have brought my daughter up spending as much time with her trying to get her not to be attached to a phone or tablet or computer...and I have an amazing family girl....I am sure youy will have your quality time with your boys!!!!!
