MOC2018 - Day 13: Flight to St Louis

When planning our trip to the midwest last fall, we booked an 8pm flight with our kids - right after the time change! This meant we flew after bedtime and arrived in St Louis just before 11pm Eastern time. Of course, our 3 and 8 year old didn't sleep at all on the flight. They were way too excited about the adventure. One plus is that we were able to see the city overhead at night and catch our first glimpse of the Arch - it really gave us a good perspective for how tall it is (the white arrow on the large photo is pointing at the Arch).

This late flight was definitely the most tiring part of our trip, but it was the right decision and we're already contemplating another late flight in a few months. #crazyparents LOL
