Journaling:
The 5 senses... touch, sight, smell, taste & hearing. As I sit here scrapping, I am using all 5 of my senses. The touch of the keys of my laptop keyboard. The sight of an oil painting my mother made over 50 years ago. The smell of a nice cup of coffee my husband just made me. The taste of an egg white omelet with spinach and feta cheese I had for breakfast. All while I am hearing the TV as I scrap away. 17 Jan. 2026
