I got way off track. I’m so upset with myself that I let it get this bad. 2024 HAS to be the year I put a stop to it! I have to get back to the gym and into an exercise routine. My start back goal is to walk a minimum of 30 minutes a day and work my way up to longer times. I have gotten so out of shape after starting a new job last year. My previous job had me running almost the entire
time I was there, including climbing a lot of steps throughout the day. My current job is quite the opposite. I sit almost the entire time. I have been so stressed learning this new field of work that I got out of the routine of going to the gym several days a week too. So, I would like to get to the point where I can do that again. Hopefully, by the end of 2024, I will look and feel way better.
Your page is great! Love the work-out elements and I know that so many of us can relate to your journaling. I definitely go through periods where I fall off the exercise wagon and getting back on track is one of my 2024 goals too. Good luck -- you can do it!
